Damages of Health Insurance of Foreign Nationals
This information is for clients, who have paid for outpatient care in cash!
Documents necessary for liquidation:
- Please, fill in the Claim Reporting form for Foreigners‘ Health Insurance, including the number of bank account, which we will use for payment of indemnity
- Medical report
- Bills proving payment for medical treatment

Information for medical facilities:
